UK delivery

Tracked UK delivery is £8.99 on orders up to £100 and free on orders over £100. The threshold applies to your order value after discounts. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated UK delivery is 4–10 working days from payment, including order processing and transit. Processing and packing usually take 1–3 working days within this total estimate; they are not added on top. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking your order

Customs and import charges

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for 5 working days, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
