Delivery, at a glance
Estimated UK delivery is 4–6 working days from payment, including processing and transit. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery is free on orders over £100. For orders of £100 or less, the charge is displayed at checkout before you pay. UK shipments include customs clearance and import duties, with no extra import charges on arrival.

For help with a return, a delivery query or an item that is not quite right, contact us with your order number. We will provide the relevant instructions and, where needed, the appropriate return address.

1. Who we are
This website, www.mavisse.co.uk, is operated by MAVISSE ("we", "us"), Na Třebešíně 18, 100 00 Prague, Czechia. Contact: info@mavisse.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations may occur between screens. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects an order you have placed we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to cancel.
3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, payment cannot be authorised or we suspect fraud. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy (/policies/shipping-policy). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel and return is set out in our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy), which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes must be applied at checkout; we cannot apply them retrospectively.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the MAVISSE name, logo, photography and text, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a consumer you may also rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
